You can customize your sidebar by pinning frequently-used tools from any team for quick access.

Simply choose the team > Select tool > Click the pin button on the right top right corner:

This will create a shortcut to that team's tool in the sidebar:

In much the same way, you can pin your Team Members to the navigation bar as well, creating a quick link to all of the responses and updates from that person.

Just choose People > Select Person > Click the pin button on the right top right corner:

From this point on you will always see a shortcut to that person under People in the sidebar.
