Here's how KYT works from the employee perspective:

Employees who are added to Know Your Team are able to benefit greatly from the tool. They're able to...

  • Engage and participate in all the questions including Icebreakers, Heartbeat Check-ins, Social Questions, Culture Questions.

  • Participate in and share agenda items + notes in One-on-Ones.

  • Give + receive Shout-outs to and from other team members.

  • Suggest different Social and Culture Questions.

  • Access the "Employee Version" of the Guides.

  • Access all previous Workshop Live! session recordings.
