  • As a "Manager" in KYT, you benefit from ALL our leadership tools + resources and are able to administer them with your team โ€“ including running 1:1s with our One-on-Ones Tool, managing the Heartbeat, Shout-outs, Culture + Social Questions, access to our 50+ Manager Guide chapters and online Watercooler leadership community.

  • As an "Employee" in KYT, you're able to participate in all the tools (but not run or administer them) and access our Employee Guides and Workshop Live! sessions.
